Dear Sir,
  I am a 4yr active 4yr in-active honorable discharge Marine. After I got out I got caught with 12 img of underage porn. I got 3yrs probation which I served no problem and I have to register as a sex offender. Is there any branch that I can still join? Other than this 3rd degree felony charge I have a clear past never got in trouble for anything. I will do anything to get back into the military.

I consulted the regs and to exactly quote them: "POTENTIALLY DISQUALIFYING LEGAL SITUATIONS:  A waiver is required for any applicant who has-- delinquency of a minor, spouse or child abuse and any sex-related crime.

So evidently it is possible to obtain a waiver.

One other thing you'll need to check:  Among you discharge paperwork is a DD214 Form.   Down at the bottom is a block containing your re-entry code.  It should say something like RE-1A, or something that starts with the letters RE.  It it's anything other than RE-4 you're able to reenlist in any branch of the military.  If it is an RE-4 it means you were such a bad boy the USMC doesn't want you back.  Exactly, it means "not eligible to reenlist in the USMC, nor join another service."

If it's anything other than RE-4, go see any recruiter and have him process a waiver for you.  (except the AF, they aren't giving any more waivers this year for any reason.)
