Question
QUESTION: Hi there!, well, I currently take medication(Zoloft), and I was told that I need to
be off of the mediation for at least one year before entering.......is this true?

ANSWER: It depends on the branch of service as well as the specific job you are trying to get into. The best and only true way to know on a case by case basis is to ask a recruiter. My advice would be to ask a recruiter from each different branch of the military and see what you get for answers.

QUESTION: Hey I did what you said and I am off the god forsaken medication now, I feel great and the recruiter said I'm ggod to go! thanks man

Answer
Im glad I could help, congrats on your decision. Just be careful, and always put your own health (mental and physical) ahead of anything else. If you start to feel like you need to get back on the medication, do not hesitate to do so - staying healthy is more important than enlisting...best of luck!
