Question
My son is an E-3 in the Corps.  He is scheduled to re-up in 2011.  With enlistment numbers maxed out, what are his chances of staying in the Corps?

Second choice would be the Coast Guard, What are their enlistment numbers like?

Answer
I would say that as long as he doesnt have any disciplinary issues during his time in the Corps, he would be able to stay in without too much of an issue. As for the coast guard enlistment numbers, I really do not know, your best bet for that info would be to contact your local coast guard recruiter and ask him/her.
