i was arrested for i dui recently i have not gone to court yet what is the possibilty of me being accepted to the army or navy.
Check with the recruiter. They're going to tell you to wait until after your court to find out what your punishment could be. If the punishment isn't too severe, I think you have a chance of joining the Army. Pray they don't suspend your license, as that could make things difficult for you.

I am currently an active duty Army Captain in the Military Police Field. I have been enlisted (Military Intelligence) and attended The United States Military Academy at West Point.
