Question
Is it possible for me to sign up for Marine ROTC if I have a
3rd degree felony charge(stalking)? I was convicted in 2008
for calling a girl who I went to high school with. I am a
prior service from 2003 - 2006

Answer
contact your nearest OSO by using this website

www.marineofficer.com

he will be able to point you in the right direction, but generally felonies are looked down upon, especially in the officer corps. Also, the usmc doesnt have a ROTC program, it actually is all encompassed by the Navy ROTC on campuses where it is available. However, the recruiter you will talk to via the above website will also tell you about a program called PLC, make sure to ask about it.
