Question
I am 67 and was Lt. in the USNR. I received my commission through the NROTC.
I left in 1968 when my time commitment was up. I am wondering if there are
positions in the NAVY that I might now be considered for?

Jim,
I'm afraid that now that so much time has passed you aren't eligible for active duty.  At this point your best chance of serving is via Civil Service.   They're in all the Services working right alongside military folks, even overseas, the only difference is they don't wear uniforms.  Also, the good thing about it is military veterans get priority in the hiring system.
