Question
I know someone who is awol and I want to turn him in, I know his address who do I call?

Just call your local police. They'll want to know what branch of the military he's in, and where he was last stationed. (definitely which state, and if you know what base it would be helpful.) Some cities have an anonymous "tip line" that you can call so you don't have to identify yourself.
You're doing the right thing.
