Careers: Military--Army, Navy, Airforce, Marines, Coast Guard/medical waivers?

Question
does needing more than one waiver bring down the chances of getting in?
my concerns:

i strained my back when i was 14 (currently 17). i needed physical therapy for a while but now i function without problems.

fractured my arm when i was 13.

had osteochondroma when i was 9. this is a type of benign bone tumor that usually grows on long bones - mine was on my left arm. this is my biggest concern, as osteochondromatosis is disqualifying (as i understand, the latter is multiple osteochondromas). the doctor said i made a full recovery, and that it's unlikely for the tumors to come back. i am not required to go in for checkups or testing - it has been completely gone for 8 years.

for which, if any of these conditions, would i require a waiver? is the bone tumor one disqualifying, and, if applicable to my scenario, do they give out more than one waiver?

Answer
Mitch:

In this economy needing more than one does not improve your chances but doesn't knock you out totally, either.  You really need to talk to a recruiter.  The first two likely won't be an issue.  The third one shouldn't be either but will likely also require a waiver.  Talk to a recruiter to get the process started.

Expertise

Questions relating to US Marine Corps; rank, awards, uniforms, career choices. I can also help people spot and expose fakes (people pretending to be Marines or have awards they didn`t earn). Considering the Marines as a career? Or another branch, like the Air National Guard? Drop me a line. HOWever..know that I am NOT a recruiter. I can offer my expert opinion and advice, but can't (and won't) over rule what a recruiter says, they are the 'on duty' expert.
