Hello,

I am currently in the process in signing up for the air force. I'm 20 years old with a son and married. my ultimate goal is to become a pilot for the air force but i'm also very interested in law enforcement (DEA, FBI agent) if the pilot career field doesn't work out. My question is it possible to be an MP and still have time to become a pilot for the air force (going to school to get my degree) while i work or it it virtually impossible? And during the time as an MP would I be tranfered a lot from base to base? because stability with my new family is important to me and rather not move all over the place but would if i had to. There is a huge difference between MP (military police) and what the Air Force equivalent is: Security Police. I don't know how the Air Force works most of its personnel to include what they do allow or dont allow as far as people going to school to become pilots. You'll have to take that up with an Air Force person. Sorry.
