Question
QUESTION: i was wondering when they considered your first enlistment up? the other question is i have one child prior to enlistment.  now i am 1 1/2 yrs. in and have another child on the way, but i am also a single parent.  am i allowed to have my daughter back while still in my first enlistment and do you know the army regulation for that.

ANSWER: Your first enlistment ends when you either re-enlist or ETS. I don't understand your question about 'having your daughter' back. Sounds like family court or another place that could help you. If you want to further explain I could maybe point you in the right direction. All Army HR regulations are in the 600's though.

QUESTION: my commander told me that if my daughter came back to live with me even after i had the baby it would be fragulant enlistment is this true?

Answer
I dont know how this would be considered fraudulent enlistment but, again, you're not really giving me enough information to understand the situation fully. Your daughter is entitled to live with you save a few circumstances like deployments or tours to Korea.

Expertise

I am currently an active duty Army Captain in the Military Police Field. I have been enlisted (Military Intelligence) and attended The United States Military Academy at West Point. I can answer questions related to the Army, posting, jobs, lifestyle, workings... pretty much anything you can throw at me with the exception of very specific recruting or medical questions. I have no expertise in what it takes to get in the military other than the fact that I, myself, joined at one point in time.

Experience

I have experience in both deployed and garrision environments as a Military Police Officer.

Education/Credentials
Bachelor of Science in Arabic and French from United States Military Academy at West Point.
