Question
I tried to join the Navy, went to MEPS and got sent home because i was missing a medical file. While i was searching i realized that i didn't want to join the Navy i wanted to join the Army. My question is, if i was to go to MEPS and try to enlist into the Army if the civilians working at MEPS would look at my file from the Navy liaison? or would i have to fill out all new paperwork?

Answer
Hi Crystal,

It depends entirely on whether or not the Navy is feeling cooperative at the time. They are *supposed* to share the information, but if they're angry, and think that you wasted their time and money, they may accidently "lose" the information.

Your Navy recruiter is probably the best one to address this issue with the Army recruiting command.

Hope this helps!
