Question
I resigned my commission in the Air Force through the force shaping program in Aug 07, taking the separation incentive. My service was honorable, DD-214 reentry code not applicable and separation code of FCC. I am currently 37 years old with 12 years of service. With this, is it possible to enter the Army to complete my career while maintaining my DOR and DOS?
Hi Jeff,
It's possible, but depends, in large part, on how bad the Army needs commissioned officers in your paygrade.
Also, you would be required to repay your separation incentive.
