Question
Hi I will like to know somthing. I did passed the ASVAB and after I passed it my recluter told me he can't so anything about it because I have some criminal record. Child abuse in 2007, domestic violence in 2009 and grand theft in 2010, but all of them I've been not guilty. I've been taling the test for years because is my dream enjoy the army, all the time that took the test I failed and now that I passed the test this is in my way. I really need some advice and find out what can I do to enjoy the army thank you and have a good day!!

Congratulations on finally passing the ASVAB.
If you've been found not guilty I don't know why you can't join. It sounds like your recruiter just isn't helping you. You have the right to go "recruiter shopping." He's just there in your town for your convenience. Go to another town and talk to that recruiter and see if he will help you.
Also, have you considered the Marines? You may want to talk to them. You won't have to take the ASVAB again, it's good for all the Services.
