Question
Would it be possible to re-enlist on active duty (Navy) after an involuntary
admin discharge due to BCA/PRT Failure if the issue gets resolve? I have being
on active duty for almost 12 years and now there is a possibility that i may
get kick out if i fail the BCA Again. I tried having surgery but i was advise
against it so I didn't do it and now i am kicking myself in the butt. No prior
problems or alcohol related incidents. currently an E6 eligible for E7 in
January.

Answer
Esteban,
Before you start preparing for the worst, remember that a discharge is far from automatic.  First they'll put you on a program to increase your fitness.  If sailors were automatically discharged for not passing the PT, half the Navy would likely quit when they were having a bad year. And then there's waivers.  Failing BCA/PRT is a hassle, but it would take quite an effort to get tossed out, but it does happen.  If you want to stay in, let your command know.  If you demonstrate by your actions that you truly want to stay, they will probably find a way of keeping you around (if you're worth their time).
