I have a couple of questions.First question I have been out of the military for 9 years and I was wondering if I could return to the army even though I got out on medical. What is the age limit and can I come in as an officer if I have a BS degree.

Before I can answer your question I need to know how old you are now?  What is your Sep and RE codes?

In your discharge paperwork find your DD Form 214.  Down at the bottom in block 26 is your Separation code, and in block 27 is your ReEntry code.  I'll need to know exactly what they say.
