Question
I am 29yrs old and served the United States Marines from 2000-2004, and was
Honorably discharged, my husband is currently active duty serving 13yrs, I want
to go back in the military. is it possible for me to do so? I do have a 30%
disabilitay rate from the military that i am willing to give up just to go back
in. is there a chance? or with the disability I am pretty much done with the
military?"

With a 30 percent rating it's going to be difficult. I'd suggest first talking to an active duty recruiter and get their thoughts. Not only will you have to give up the rating and PROVE, through doctors, that you no longer have that disability, but in many cases you may be forced to repay ALL the money. Many times it's simply not worth it. But, it CAN be done, it's just extremely difficult to do.

Field Radio Operator: MOS 2531. Served as a Platoon Sergeant in a Communications Platoon assigned to MEU Service Support Group 24 (Special Operations Capable). Did a hitch in the Army reserves as an 11B (Infantryman), 3 years. Finished out my career in the Air National Guard as a BioEnvironmental Engineer MOS 4B3X1, did that for a few years.
I"ve been collecting and selling Marine Corps and other military uniforms, medals, and field gear since I was 8 years old.
