Question
I'm an e2 in the navy and I have recently married my girlfriend who is an e3 in the army. I was told that I will not reveive bah unless she gets out or we have a child. Why will I not get bah? I was also told I would by other dual military spouses that I would get partial bah and she would get full because she i s more senior then me. I just want to know will I receive bah or not?

Boy do I hate the BAH regulations. Seems like they're constantly changing. Additionally, Navy regs are different because of Sea Duty.
Prior to 1999 the senior spouse would get full BAH and you would get partial. However, today she gets full BAH and you get nothing. That's today's regs. Tomorrow they'll probably change again.
