QUESTION: If marine caught his wife cheating on him, what's the procedure of getting divorce, how long it takes, how is it taken care of, what is needed? And can marine see other woman when hes going through divorce? What's the rules and regulations when it comes to marriage and divorce?

All that has to go through the civil court of the state they were originally married in, so the process is different for each one. Some states it takes up to a year, others, not as long, so it just depends.
Technically if he's still married, he shouldn't be seeing anyone else but this 'rule' isn't really enforced.

QUESTION: so if hes wife found out that he was with another woman and got proof that he cheated on her, and reported him to his colonel could he get kicked out of marines?
Not neccessarily. While this does violate the UCMJ, it's up to the command to decide what they are going to do. A discharge for something like is EXTREMELY rare. And, if they are already going through a divorce, it's unlikely anything would happen.
