Yes I have a question about becoming a marine officer. I am a prior enlisted marine, I server four years and got out in 2005. I made a mistake and joined the national guard, i thought it would restore some of that brotherhood i missed. At this time I was going through some tough times and was transferred out of the national guard into the armies in-active reserves. I am four semesters away from my BS in criminal justice. I am 27 years old. I was wondering what are my chances of becoming a marine officer. Does any of this disqualify me from joining? Thank you for your time.

No, it doesn't. If you are in college full time, get in touch with an officer recruiter as soon as possible. (As long as your NG service was honorable, and there are no 'discharge' issues). If you are doing online stuff, talk to a regular USMC recruiter who should be able to put you in touch with an officer recruiter. Please keep me updated on your progress, and good luck!
