Question
If two people just got married an one is in the navy an the
other one isn't what happens once she leaves for deployment do
the person that not in the service were will they live?

Deployments are like long business trips. Just because your wife will be gone for 6 months or so will not affect you at all, whether or not you live in base housing or off-base. If you do live on base, you will be expected to obey all the rules as established by the Base Housing Office and not get into trouble. If you live off-base you may do as you wish, as long as you respect the terms of your lease.
