Is it legal to be discharged with just a general personality disorder with a reentry code 3 if I have served for less than 2 months?

Jamar,
You'd be surprised to know all the minor things they can discharge you for and make it stick.  They can discharge you for the official reason being "Unsuitability (Reason Unknown)."
Usually with less than 2 months they'll give you a "Entry Level Separation " discharge under Honorable conditions, meaning simply they did not have enough time to evaluate you.  It means neither good or bad, just simply they gave you a try and then decided you weren't cut out for military life.  It happens all the time.
