Question
My ex-spouse has recently been medically discharged from the U.S. Army.  He is now receiving disability payments monthly.  We have 3 children together 11, 12, and 13 and since then he has not been making his child support obligation.  I've been told that the children are eligible to receive payments also due to his disability.  Is this true and who do I contact for this?

This is true, however it's a civil matter now and you'll need to consult a private lawyer.
A disability is his alone and you are not entitled to any of it.  However, the children can draw on his social security.

Get yourself a lawyer and check it out.
