Hello,
I'm 20 and I graduate from college in two years and after I'm planning on enlisting into the Army. I got into trouble with the law at 18 and received a shoplifting ticket class B for $190 and asked the Army recruiter if I would need a waiver and he said no. However I didn't mention that I had a shoplifting ticket when I was 15 for 20 dollars in which I got deferred adjudication and there was no conviction. Would this change my eligibility for ENLISTING in the military?

No it wouldn't nor would I mention it in the future. To be honest I wouldn't have mentioned the first one as at first glance it appears to be the equivalent of a traffic violation. That said I hope you have moved past the phase in your life and are ready to be a member of the military.
