Question
I read another question on this site about a gentleman who had ALL as a child and was disqualified for a tumor. He was attempting the Navy or Air Force. I'm currently looking to enlist in the Marine Corp and I was wondering if the same rule applies to the Marines, where as long as I have been cancer free for 5 years I will be allowed to enlist. I have been cancer free for 11 years now.

Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL) is a type of blood cancer and is the most common type of leukemia in people under age 20. If you have been cancer-free for at least 5 years (and have proof, such as a doctor's letter) then you should have no problem joining the USMC.
