Sir,
   I am a High School student in Kansas. For an English project our teacher has asked us to write a paper over the career we hope to have after graduation. I was hoping to inquire what a day would be like? What would a week be like? as well as what all duties would have to be preformed everyday.

First you need to decide what specific job you'd like to have in the Service of your choice.  Do you wish to be an infantryman in the Marines? or a pilot in the Air Force?  Or an engineman in the Navy?  an Army sniper? or a rescue swimmer in the Coast Guard?  After you decide that then it fairly simple to look it up on the Internet.  Using your favorite search engine, search for...day in the life of a pilot, etc.  There's more than enough info out there to help you write your paper.
