QUESTION: I just pulled out my discharge papers and I found a paper that states that with and RE-3f i have a 2 year wait and i can re enlist and try again.. Is this true?

What service? Some will NOT let you reenlist or try to, others, it depends. But each one has a different code that means different things. Without knowing which one and the circumstances of discharge, I can't give you more help, sorry.

QUESTION: I'm tryin to re enlist with the marines. I had an Entry Level Separation. Fraudluent entry into military service is what block 28 says and and its a JTD1 sep code. If that helps you with anything.
That does help. That particular SEP code isn't in my records, your RE-3F is 'erronous enlistment'. You *may* be able to try again, but quite honestly, it's going to be an uphill battle no matter what. Talk to a recruiter and see what they have to say but waivers these days are difficult to come by for the most well qualified applicants.
