Will I still be eligible to joim the coast guards with a
marihuana misdemeanor?

You'll need a waiver for certain. It may be difficult getting one because one of the Coast Guard's responsibilities is drug enforcement, so they rarely waiver drug offenses.
However you can certainly try. You should wait until October to increase your chances because that's when the new waivers come out.
