Question
I had COunciling when My brother died I ended up having PTS I wasn't prescribed any meds and my Recruiter told me it would be fine but Iv been stuck here at soi for 3 weeks and my wife is having trouble raising my son and being pregnant working a fulltime job all on her own and doesn't want me in the marines anymore i don't want to be here either I joined cause I wanted to provide better for her but feel she's to stressed if I got a medical discharge how long would the process take

Answer
The only issue you have is homesickness.   You aren't going to get a medical discharge because, quite frankly, there isn't anything actually WRONG with you.    You can certainly go to the Corpsman and talk to them, which I suggest doing anyway.   Even if by some reason you were to be considered for a discharge, it would take 6 months to a year to process.

Sorry, that's just the way it is.  Everyone goes through this stuff, you just have to deal with it and press on.

Lastly, a discharge along these lines isn't going to do you any favors later in life.   Esp. when you try and find a job or get VA benefits.

No doubt not the answer you want to hear or were expecting but I'm not going to lie to  you or tell you something that will only hurt you in the long run.

Expertise

Questions relating to US Marine Corps; rank, awards, uniforms, career choices. I can also help people spot and expose fakes (people pretending to be Marines or have awards they didn`t earn). Considering the Marines as a career? Or another branch, like the Air National Guard? Drop me a line. HOWever..know that I am NOT a recruiter. I can offer my expert opinion and advice, but can't (and won't) over rule what a recruiter says, they are the 'on duty' expert.
