Question
I asked you a question that you can't answer. You can't maybe contact someone to get the answer?I need my question answer asap so I can proceed with my case.I have no other choice than to go outside the Marine Corps to get my question answered.

Answer
Fred:

Ok, here's the deal.  No, I can't call someone, simply because I don't have that type of contacts, and anything I get would be heresay anyway, and therefore, no use to you.  The only possible thing you could look into would be the SOP's of the recruit depot, but they may be subjective;  in other words, even though they may not specifically give the Drill Instructors so much time to determine if you are "salvagable" or not, they probably give wide latitude to those who make those decisions.

This is widely outside my area of expertise.   Have you exhausted all possible avenues to get back into the Marine Corps, if that is what you want?

Lastly, I'll tell you straight out, if you are looking to me, to provide information on how to 'sue' the Marine Corps, you are asking the wrong guy;  I'm not an attorney, and wouldn't be in the business of suing the Marine Corps anyway.

If getting back into the Corps is your desire, then keep plugging away at it.

Expertise

Questions relating to US Marine Corps; rank, awards, uniforms, career choices. I can also help people spot and expose fakes (people pretending to be Marines or have awards they didn`t earn). Considering the Marines as a career? Or another branch, like the Air National Guard? Drop me a line. HOWever..know that I am NOT a recruiter. I can offer my expert opinion and advice, but can't (and won't) over rule what a recruiter says, they are the 'on duty' expert.
