Question
Mr. Powers
I'd like to THANK YOU!!  My son recently began his military career with the US Army at Fort Benning, GA.  Working in a police department I was familiar with the armed forces from the officers experiences that I work with, but I must say, sending my son off to Basic Training was quite daunting to say the least.  My sister found your articles on Boot Camp and sent me the link.  I found them to be an unbelievable comfort since I found that every letter he sent was almost verbatim with what you had written.  I wanted to thank you and enlighten you as to how much you comforted both my husband and I.  Your humor, outlook and information helped us beyond words.  THANK YOU!!!!!  Keep up the great work...I'll be reading.
