Question
Hi Rod,

I've finally decided to reenlist into the Army next week and I got one last question to ask. When I retrieve my GED will I be able to attend college while in BCT? or do the Colleges in the Military not accept GEDs at all?

Answer
Hi Jon-Jon,

First of all, nobody gets to attend college while in BCT (Basic Combat Training, or more commonly referred to as "Basic Training."

This applies, whether you have a high school diploma, or not.  While in basic training (BCT), ever single second of your life is regulated.  You don't hardly have time to pee, let alone attend college courses.

I'm confused, however..... you use the term "reenlist" in the Army, and not "enlist" in the Army.  If you're "reenlisting," why are you attending BCT (Army Basic Training?)
