Question
Well, I have been doing some research and hve talked to some recruiters about joining either the navy, marines, or USAF, but I havnt been able to find out what the size requrements are to be a pilot.  I know that the requirements for each aircraft was different, so I was wondering if you knew what these requirements are, especially for fighter jets.

Answer
Fighter jets have ejection seats, and the ejection seats are designed for individuals who fall within a certain size and weight range (if one falls outside of the range, the chances of a sucessful ejection are much smaller).

For details, see: http://usmilitary.about.com/od/officerjo2/a/pilot.htm

The link I provided is for the Navy, but the Marines and Air Force use the same measurement standards.

Hope this helps!
