Hi,

I have a very silly question and you MAY not be able to help but do you know what this means?

Name : WILLIAM MICHAEL STORMS Service : ARMY Service Component : REGULAR Pay Grade : E-6 Military Specialty : 13F3O Home of Record : Unknown

I found this on some type of search site (for the life of me I can't remember it now!) because I was trying to help my boyfriend find his biological father (who I know was in the military stationed in CA as of 1983 in San Francisco). And I have no idea what this means. If you could tell me that would be so great. Thanks so much!

The Soldier you received information on was Staff Sergeant William Michael Storms.  He was in the active Army (not Reserve or National Guard).  His specialty appears to be field artillery, and they did not release information on his home of record (either birth place, or place of residence when he enlisted in the Army.)
