Question
It is really hard to find information on the USMC NROTC Scholarship. I am a Senior in high school this year. I am attending a one year institute immediately after I graduate. After that, I want to apply for the NROTC, but I don't know exactly how it works. I made a 92 on my ASVAB and a 23 on my ACT. My GPA is 2.9 What are my chances of getting in? Also, can I choose my major and minor in college? Is there any chance I could go to a graduate school after my four years of college?
A recruiter told me that I could attend graduate school while I serve, but I don't know if I can trust that. Thank you.

This is one you will have to take to a Marine Corps Officer recruiter. The regular USMC recruiter should be able to put you in touch with one. I've never heard of these scholarships, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. Talk to an officer recruiter and he'll be able to ponit you in the right direction on this, plus give you better details than I ever could.
