Question
Does the Navy have a commissioning program similar to the PLC in the Marine Corps, where a student can divide OCS between 2 summers, or after their junior year?  If so, can you give me some information.  Thanks alot.

Answer
Hi Tony,

Nope. In fact, the Marine Corps is the only service which offers any kind of program that "splits up" OCS.

The other services do offer ROTC (assuming your college has an ROTC branch for the Navy), and (for a commission), you're only required to attend ROTC classes during your Junior or Senior year, but the Marines are the only ones with a "PLC-type" program.

Hope this helps!
