Does the same rule apply for the National Guard or Air National Guard on the RE-4 codes. (As to weather or not you can get a waiver)
Hi Chuck,
Yes the same rule applies, except that -- because the National Guard belongs to the individual state, and not the federal government, it's *sometimes* possible that the National Guard for a particular *state* will waive an RE-4 Code. It depends on how bad that particular state needs National Guard members.
