Question
I am a 1st Lieutenant with a separation code of JFL and a NA for reentry code. can I serve again. The army gave me a 10% disabilty. Please Help. Thank You

Hi Iman,

<shrug>

It's possible. It depends on the exact reason for separation (I suspect it's a medical condtion, as you were awarded disability), and whether or not you can convince the Army that the medical condition would not impact your military performance. In any event, it will require submission and approval of a waiver request.

Assuming the waiver was approved, you would, of course, have to waive any disability compensation you're entitled to, in order to go back onto active duty.
