Question
Good Afternoon Mr. Powers,

I am student currently working on a research project covering Air Battle Managers. I would like to talk with an ABM and ask a few questions about their current activities. Do you know who or what base I can call?

Respectfully,
P. Zeigler

Answer
Hi Paul,

I assume you mean the career field, "Air Battle Management Systems? (AFSC 1A4X1 at: http://usmilitary.about.com/od/airforceenlistedjobs/a/afjob1a4x1.htm)? If so, you can see a listing of Air Force bases they are assigned to at: http://usmilitary.about.com/library/milinfo/afjobs/assignments/bl1a4x1.htm and http://usmilitary.about.com/library/milinfo/afjobs/assignments/bl1a4x1d.htm

However, you should understand that much of their "current activities" is classified information, so I don't think anyone at any of the listed bases will be able to tell you much.

Hope this helps!
