1. According to the marine recruitment website training day 40 states maximum and minimum for the PFT. Do these max and min carry over to the last PFT?
2. Post graduation can the blue uniform be worn anywhere?
3. For active reserve time, does it mean that you have to spend four years overseas?

If the website says it, you can count on it. They don't post bad scoop on there.
1. No. Unless this is the final PFT, which as far as I know it isn't. You'll take several PFT's while in Recruit Training.
2. Yes.
3. No. Not sure where you got that information. Reserves are 1 weekend a month 2 weeks a year, unless you are called up, then the time of service is usually a year or so until you are de-activated.
4. There is no question here

Did a hitch in the Army reserves as an 11B (Infantryman), 3 years. Finished out my career in the Air National Guard as a BioEnvironmental Engineer MOS 4B3X1, did that for a few years.
