Question
Hey rod, i would like to know what do i have to do tin AFROTC in order to get a pilot slot and WHAT WOULD I DO AFTER getting a pilot slot and where would i go?

what should i do during high school to get a ADVANTAGES?

Lets say i pass and fufill what i have to do in order to choose an air craft, would i be able to choose any of them like the C-17,C-5, F-22, F-15, F-16, etc.?

Hi Michael,

I answered some of your questions in my previous response.

Assuming you get a pilot slot, your first stop would be basic flight training, unless you already have a private pilot's license (in which case, you would by-pass that).  

Your college GPA is probably the most important.  As you can imagine, everyone and their brother (and sister) wants to become a pilot in the military.  GPA is the primary factor when it comes to the military services deciding who to try out, and who not to.
