Question
i want to be a coast guard helicopter pilot. i am wondering if as a c average student entering the 12th grade, if its possible to ever be accepted into the coast guard academy. Assuming i bring my act together this last year of high school.

Thousands of people want to join the service academies (of all the branches), each year, and there are only a few available slots.
I'm sorry, but these are basically "scholarships" (ie, a free college education). Because there are so many applicants, and only a few hundred slots each year, they go (mostly) by high school GPA. A "C" average isn't going to hack it. Most of those competing will have a B+ average, or even better.
