Dear Dean --
Depends on what you did, and how well you can "prove" you are "rehabilitated." Take your DD Form 214 and letters of reference supporting your new and improved self, and visit a recruiter. They will be able to tell you if you have a chance at a re-enlistment waiver or not. You will probably have to start from scratch as an E-1.
