1. I have an associates degree and I am working on a bachelors
2. Hospice
3. one year of medsurg and you can later become certified as Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse.
4. I love people and love to be able to be at service at end of life.
5. There are no typical days in the life of a nurse. Each day is very unique. I may see one patient, I may see 6. I may see elderly, young, or infants, each day is literally a surprise.
6. I have a great relationship with co-workers. Caring for people with terminal illnesses almost obligates you to be kind to others.
7. I hate the pay, I love caring for dying patients
8. Risk can be going into drug infested neighborhoods alone late at nights, demands can be very long hours,
