Question
I have seen your pictures on your website and I think that they are amazing,
and I have a couple of questions for you. When you went and got your
Communications and Media Arts degree how long did it take? Was it very
expensive? Okay just one more, where do you get all the great ideas for your
photos? I especially like your nature photos. Thanks for taking the time to
read my questions.

Answer
Wow, thanks for the kind words... I don't hear them enough.  I started out as a business major and got bored with that and then I switched to media arts & communications.  Because I switched, it took me an extra year.  My degree is just an Associates so it would only take two years if you really cracked down on it at a community college.  Funny thing is, after all these years I am now starting a business so my original major would have come in handy I think.  Anyway, to give you a price does not make all that much sense because it was way back in 1994 and times have changed I am sure.

I never thought as my ideas as great, they just happen to be things I happen on each day.  Working full-time as a photojournalist takes you all over the place so it's really not that hard to stop and take a look around you.  I think if you have enough passion for something it reflects in your work.

best of luck
