Careers: Photography - Photographers' Rights

Question
I'm an 18 year old girl and I have a question about the rights of photographers. I'd like to start off by saying that me and my boyfriend often have public sex. I don't mean vaginal sex or anal sex, I just mean sucking my boyfriend's dick. We know that this is risky so we only do it when we're sure that nobody's watching. The most recent time I sucked my boyfriend's dick in public was last week. It was dark at night and me and my boyfriend were sitting on a bench in a park. I asked my boyfriend if I can suck his dick. He said to go ahead because it was really dark and we were pretty sure that no one was around. So, I unzipped his zipper, took his dick out, and started sucking his dick. After about 15 minutes, we heard someone moving in the bushes. The guy in the bushes knew that we noticed that he was there so he came out of the bushes, holding a camera. I recognized him as a guy who was in my grade 12 class in high school. I quickly took my boyfriend's dick out of mouth, put it back in his pants, and zipped his zipper. The guy with the camera told us that he had taken some pictures of us and it's our fault that we decided to have public sex. My boyfriend told him to give us the camera but the guy with the camera said that he has rights to photograph anything he wants in a public place. Then, he walked off. Now, me and my boyfriend are really worried about that guy putting the pictures of me sucking my boyfriend's dick on the internet. Me and my boyfriend agreed that we're never gonna have public sex again because there might be other people around with cameras that don't flash or make a sound when a picture is taken. Anyways, is there anything I can do about this to have those pictures deleted? Or does that guy really have rights to take pictures of anything he wants in public? I actually don't care if people look at pictures of me sucking my boyfriend's dick on the internet but I just don't want my parents or employer or future children to see them. So, does that guy really have rights to take pictures like that?

Answer
You've learned a valuable lesson in life. Now you will have to suffer the consequences of your actions. He could be bluffing about taking the pictures but that is not the point. You will just have to wait and see. I'm not going to add anything more to this answer.
