Question
Hello, I would like to know how you think the camera will affect the way we live in the future(10 years). Thank you for your consideration

Answer
I see no reason why photography will not be effective in the future. It will probably not be in the film field, but will be digital. Remember that photography is used in many fields, including, making movies, newspapers, books, portraits, even to reproducing the chips which are used in the computers. There will always be a need for the recall of people of their weddings, phases of life of family members. This is what the photographer of the future will continue doing whether he uses a still camera or a motion picture camera, either with film or digital. It is a very sentimental field. The still camera preserves a narrow slice of time and is a time machine of sorts.  In short, I would be very surprised if the field didn't really expand and encompass more areas of life.
Thanks for writing.

Expertise

I have been a professional photographer for 35 years. Wedding, portraits, passports, copies, groups pix, reunions, etc. Specialty in photography of large groups. I also have worked in newspaper photography for most of my photographic years. I have built and maintained a b/w darkroom, and a color darkroom.

Experience

I have been a professional photographer for 35 years. I am transitioning to digital photography so I might be able to help in that field. I'm retired now but am still able to be helpful in the field. I have built a b/w, color darkroom, worked in a color lab, worked in the newspaper field both in darkroom and as a shooter.
