Question
If I am just starting in high school how do I start a job?

Answer
Hi Andrew,
Since you are in High School, you can see about working for a photographer in your area as an assistant.  This work is probably the most valuable work you can do. You should seek out someone who does the type of photography you like, and try to work for them.  Even if you do an internship for the summer.  Working for different types of photographers can help you learn what type you like and what you don't.  You might also see if your HS has a photo class or maybe the yearbook needs a photographer.  That would be a good way to begin learning about it.

Good luck!
