Hello sir

Sir i am not understanding how light help us to see. It contains photons but what is inside them how they help us to see. Please explain in detail that it helps us to see things.



Light can be described as an electromagnetic wave as well as a particle (photon).  There is nothing "inside" a photon.  When you "see" something, your eye is collecting light which is scattered off the object that you are "seeing".  Light interacts with receptors in our eyes and deposits its energy on the retina.  This energy triggers a signal to our brain and the brain interprets these signals as what you see.

This is an oversimplification, of course and the interpretation that your brain does is actually quite sophisticated and it is a learned behavior.
