I am a certified LEO in Florida, with three years experience. Could you please tell me what other states (if any) accept my certification if I should have to move?

Thanks for the question.

A lot of states will accept your certification, but there may be some stipulations.

In South Carolina, the state would take a look at your law enforcement transcripts and see what is comparable to South Carolina. They would determine if you need to go through the whole state academy or just a portion of it.

I am not sure if all states operate that way, but you can look at most of the state police agencies and get links to requirements.
