Question
Hi I am 15 and I would like to be a sniper but I'm a Diabetic  and I'm not sure if that will effect weather I can join law enforcement, so my question is since I'm a diabetic can i be sniper

Thanks for the question.

I personally know numerous law enforcement officers that are diabetic and have been on the job for many years, including SWAT members.

As long as you become a police officer, stay well conditioned physically and your eyesight stays excellent/good I see no problem with you pursuing becoming a police sniper.

One  factor might cause a problem. If your medication needs to be refrigerated and you are out at a crime scene for an extended period of time you might run into some problems as far as getting your medication, but there are ways to get around that, such as the pump, which I am sure you are aware of or might even use.
